The following PDF Document contains contact information about those railroads and utilities which are frequently involved with our projects. It is not a complete list by any means.

                             UTILITY CONTACT MAILING LIST

All correspondence to railroad or utility companies shall be transmitted to the representative listed herein. Any information required to be transmitted to local railroad or utility representatives shall be addressed to the listed contact with copies sent to the local representative.

For information about "public" utilities encountered but not listed, contact the utility itself or the Railroads and Utilities Unit of the Division of Highways at (304)558-3656. Utilities listed with (~) are public utilities regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. For DOH purposes, they are also "public".

Those companies denoted with an (*) are "private utilities" and are provided herein for information only. They shall be treated as a right-of-way parcel and handled accordingly.
