Administrative Operating Procedures.
Each revision to the DOH Administrative
Operating Procedures is assigned its own four digit number for identification.
This number is printed at the bottom of the cover letter. The cover letter
is printed and mailed as official notification, but those who must maintain a
set of printed procedures must access this site to print and post each revision.
