DOT P-Card Training
November 24, 2003

Refresher training for all DOT Purchasing Cardholders and their supervisors is scheduled beginning in mid-November (dates & locations).  The training is mandatory.  Anyone unable to attend the date scheduled  for the organization, will need to contact their Comptroller to arrange for make-up training.

The training will be in two sessions at each location.  Session One will be for all cardholders, their supervisors and higher level management (district, division).  Session Two will be for the cardholder's supervisors.

Session One will begin promptly at 9:30 AM, while Session Two will begin at 1:00 PM.  Session One will be about two and one-half hours long, while Session Two will be about 45 minutes.
