"Special recognition should be made of Committee members Bob Tinnell and Eugene Marano, both of whom passed away during the development of this Plan. Mr. Tinnell in particular, who served as the WVDOT Marion County Superintendent, was a dedicated and vocal member of the Committee, and his influence is evident in many places throughout this Plan. Mr. Marano’s advocacy on behalf of the Town of Rivesville is also evident. It is appropriate to make note of the contributions of these two dedicated public servants."
