NOTICE OF RIGHT OF WAY SERVICES

Notice is hereby given by the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, that individual service contracts related to transportation projects will be used for negotiation, relocation, and replacement housing appraisal for statewide projects.

Individuals interested in being considered for this work must submit a letter of interest to Mr. David L. Jack, Director, Right of Way Division, West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, Building 5, Room 618, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard, East, Charleston, West Virginia 25305-0430, prior to 4:00 p. m., March 1, 2008.

As a minimum, the proposal will include the following:

Individuals must provide a detailed set of qualifications including: education, experience and client list with name, address and phone number of contact persons.
Indicate the areas of the State in which you are willing to work.
Overall capabilities to handle this work, including present workload.

It is the policy of the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, that Disadvantaged and Women-owned Business Enterprises shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with Federal funds.
