I-70 Washington Avenue Bridge	Washington Avenue Bridge - This project is located on I-70 at Exit 2-B (Washington Ave) in Wheeling, West Virginia. The work consists of grading, drainage, paving, signing, pavement markings, traffic signals, roadway lighting and bridge widening. Traffic will be restricted and detoured during the various phases of this work. Beginning February 4, 2008 traffic on I-70 will be restricted to one lane in both the east and west bound lanes. The exits and entrances from and to I-70 will remain open. The contractor is currently placing pipe under I-70 and constructing a median bridge pier. The contract was awarded to Ohio-West Virginia Excavating of Powhatan Point, Ohio at a cost of $ 5,794,757.26. The planned completion date is September 15, 2009. The project is currently 4% complete. CR 13	Three Springs Drive Bridge - The project is located at/on the existing bridge over US 22 at Three Springs Drive (County Route 13) in Weirton, West Virginia. The work consists of widening and re-decking the existing bridge. Additional work consists of grading, drainage, paving, signing, pavement markings, lighting, and traffic signals. This bridge is now open to traffic and the contractor is performing clean up work. The contract was awarded to Ohio-West Virginia of Powhatan Point, Ohio at a cost of $3,448,078.55.	Bridge is open, contractor performing cleanup work.	C
WV 105	Pennsylvania Ave - This project is located on WV 105 (Pennsylvania Ave) between California Avenue and Crist Lane. The work consists of grading, drainage, paving, signing, pavement markings and new traffic signals. Traffic will be restricted to one lane and controlled by flaggers or a temporary traffic signal. Expect minor delays. The contractor is currently placing asphalt base and sidewalks. The contract was awarded to Savage Construction of Wheeling, West Virginia at a cost of $2,396,469.00. The planned completion date is October 15, 2008. The project is currently 81% complete.	The planned completion date is October 15, 2008.	C

CR 1	Boggs Run Bridge No. 6 – This bridge project is located on County Route 1 at Mile Post 2.42 in Marshall County over Boggs Run. The work consists of removing the existing bridge structure, placing new water lines, grading, paving and building a new bridge. The contractor has completed this bridge and is currently performing punch list work. The contract was awarded to Ohio-West Virginia Excavating of Powhatan Point, Ohio at a cost of $359,883.00.	The contractor has completed this bridge and is currently performing punch list work.	C
CR 1	Boggs Run Bridge No. 3 - This bridge project is located on County Route 1 at Mile Post 1.55 in Marshall County over Boggs Run. The work consists of removing the existing bridge structure, drainage, grading, paving and building a new bridge. Traffic will be maintained on a temporary detour and traffic signal next to the existing bridge. The Contractor is currently constructing the detour. The plan completion date for this project is May 30, 2008. The contract was awarded to Savage Construction Company of Wheeling, WV at a cost of $469,469.00. The project is 20% complete.	The plan completion date for this project is May 30, 2008.	C

WV 2	Wells Street Signal Renovation - This signal replacement project is located in Sistersville, WV on WV Route 2 at the intersection of Wells Street and Elizabeth Street. The work consists of removing the existing signals and replacing them with new signals. Traffic will be maintained. The contractor is currently working on the cross walks and handicapped curb. The contract was awarded to Bayliss & Ramey, Inc. of Dunbar, WV at a cost of $82,237.56. The project is 99% complete.	The plan completion date is November 23, 2007.	C

CR 15	North Fork Bridge - This bridge project is located on County Route 15 in Wetzel County over the North Fork of Fishing Creek in the Town of Pine Grove. The work consists of removing and replacing the existing bridge. Traffic will be detoured onto a temporary bridge until the new bridge is erected. Expect little or no delays. The contractor has completed the new bridge and it is now open to traffic, currently the contractor is removing the old bridge structure. The contract was awarded to Ohio-West Virginia Excavating of Powhatan Point, Ohio at a cost of $1,206,363.25. The planned completion date is April 30, 2009. The project is currently 99% complete.
