Fee Schedule
- Applicant must be
actively employed as a Telecommunicator in good standing with a
Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire or 9-1-1 agency with the State of
West Virginia and must return the special license plate to the
Division of Motor Vehicles when they are no longer actively
employed as a Telecommunicator in good standing with a law
Enforcement, EMS, Fire or 9-1-1 agency within the State of West
Virginia.
- Find present license
plate expiration (first number or letter on current plate).
- Complete application
with check made payable to West Virginia Enhanced 9-1-1 Council,
Inc. and return application to the following address:
