The following may be used when requesting the designation of additional CRTS routes situated within the boundaries of the following ten counties: Boone, Fayette, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, Raleigh, Wayne, and Wyoming.  Routes in these ten counties are considered for approval by the Division of Highways (DOH).
