Coal Resource Transportation Fund (CRTF)

The Coal Resource Transportation Fund (CRTF) was a special account created in 2003 for depositing moneys collected on the Coal Resource Transportation Road System (CRTS).  This money is to be used by the Commissioner of Highways for matching funds provided by coal companies and other parties for the repairs and improvements to CRTS roads and bridges.  The following application may be used to petition the Division of Highways (DOH) for available funds.

Please select for a printable copy of the CRTF application.

Please remit the completed application to the appropriate DOH District Office.  A map of the DOH districts is attached to the last page of the application.

If you have any questions, or to request a printed copy of the application, please contact your local DOH district maintenance engineer.
