The following is a list of publications of interest to engineers, designers, developers and the public, along with descriptions, ordering information and prices where applicable.

DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS INTERSTATE INTERCHANGES
This pamphlet gives Interstate Highway exit numbers, intersecting routes, interchange names and supplemental destinations, as well as the locations of rest areas and Welcome Centers. Single copies are free upon request from the Traffic Engineering Division.

UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES, 1988 Edition

This Manual sets forth the basic principles and standards that govern the design and installation of traffic control devices. It is for sale by the Superintendent of Documents, US Government Printing Office, Washington, D. C., 20402. The Publication Number is FHWA-SA-89-006 and the price is $21.00.

TRAFFIC CONTROL FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
This manual is available in English language version dated November 1994 and an SI Metric version dated September 1996. It covers all temporary traffic control, which is used on any public highway or street. It is for sale by the Construction Division of the Division of Highways for $10.00.

STANDARD DETAILS BOOK, VOLUME II
Signing, Signals, Lighting and Marking

These details are available in English language version dated January 1, 1994, and an SI Metric version dated March 1, 1996. The book is for sale by the Construction Division of the Division of Highways for $10.00.

DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS DESIGN GUIDE FOR SIGNING
This publication contains all information necessary for the design of signs on the West Virginia highway system. Single copies are available to designers and public agencies from the Traffic Engineering Division at no charge.

TRAFFIC ENGINEERING DIRECTIVES
These are the directives which are to be followed by Traffic Engineering and Division of Highways personnel in the design of traffic control devices and the performance of various traffic engineering functions. Single copies are available upon request from the Traffic Engineering Division at no charge.

DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS SIGN FABRICATION DETAILS
This publication contains the fabrication details for all standard signs used by the Division of Highways. Single copies are available to designers, sign fabricators and public agencies at no charge upon request to the Traffic Engineering Division.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTING DRIVEWAYS ON STATE HIGHWAY RIGHTS-OF-WAY
This publication gives the legal and engineering requirements for the construction or modification of driveways on state highways. Single copies are available at no charge upon request to the Traffic Engineering Division.

DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS LOGO SIGN PROGRAM
This publication provides an application form, a summary of the Logo Sign Program and other information for businesses wishing to participate in this program. Single copies are available to businesses and developers at no charge upon request to the Traffic Engineering Division.

WEST VIRGINIA CRASH DATA
This annual publication summarizes driver and vehicle information, motor vehicle, pedestrian and bicycle crash data, and accident rates and economic losses based on various parameters. Single copies of the current year's book are available at no charge upon request to the Traffic Engineering Division.

FLASHER INSTALLATION DETAILS AND PERMIT PACKAGES
School boards, PTAs, industries and developers who wish to install warning sign and flasher assemblies on state highways must follow these standard details and apply for permits. Appropriate packages will assembled and transmitted at no charge upon request to the Traffic Engineering Division.
