Driveways:
Copies of the publication, “Rules and Regulations for Construction Driveways on State Highway Rights-of-way,” are available upon request. Email your name and mailing address to Traffic Engineering Division. Or, contact your local District Office.

The Division of Highways Rules and Regulations for Construction Driveways on State Highway Rights-of-way manual that includes specifications and sketches to guide the proper design of driveways and entrances. Critical minimum and maximum dimensions and general design features are shown. The multiplicity of possible situations will require an individual design for each situation.
