Highway Construction

The Deputy State Highway Engineer, Construction, reports directly to the State Highway Engineer and is responsible for four DOH divisions:

Contract Administration
Administration of projects let to contract by the DOH

Materials Control, Soils and Testing Division
Administration of quality assurance for projects let to contract by the DOH
