CEMETERY RELOCATION PROGRAM
The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways has begun gathering information concerning the relocation of Cook Cemetery (Allen Creek Cemetery), on Project No. X341-121-0.78 00, West Helen to Allen Creek (Coalfields Expressway), Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Anyone having knowledge of the below listed and the other deceased or relatives of the deceased are asked to contact Mr. Ivan Kapp at (304) 558-9338, Division of Highways Right of Way Division's Central Office, Building 5, Rm 637, 1900 Kanawha Blvd. East, Charleston, West Virginia, 25305-0430.
