Installing BID for Windows NT, 2000, or XP
Follow these steps to install the Expedite BID application software:

1. Click the START button and choose Run. The Run window appears.
2. To install the application software, type the path to the Setup.exe file in the Open text box. If Expedite was installed, then this file is located in the Expedite Bid folder (for example, C:\Expedite\Bid\Setup.exe). Or you can use the BROWSE button to select the Setup.exe file.
3. Click OK. The Expedite BID Setup program will begin.
4. Follow the instructions given in the setup program.

Using Bid Manager
To use BID, first download the electronic proposal files from OC’s web site that you want. The Expedite Bid Manager’s Online Help system, a companion online file, covers the Expedite components used by the bidder.
