Lettings

After identifying a project or projects of interest, you can find more detail on the contracts advertised by clicking on the title, or you may purchase plans and proposals by calling the Contract Administration Division’s Contract Section at (304)558-2874. Unless otherwise noted in the advertisement the division will accept bidding proposals only from contractors who have been prequalified by the WVDOT-DOH.

Effective January 3, 2008 the State Building Prevailing Wage Rates, and the HVY/HWY Rates for 2008 are in effect. Currently, rates in some counties are under protest. Check the website for the Office of the Secretary of State at wvsos.com for details.
